Targeted Muck Removal in Tablet Form for Smaller Ponds ClearLake Muck Eliminator Tablets deliver concentrated beneficial bacteria directly to the pond floor, where accumulated sludge causes the most damage. The tablet format lets you target specific high-muck zones: corners, outfalls, and shallow shelves where debris collects fastest, rather than broadcasting treatment across the entire pond. The 4 lb pail is sized for residential ponds and targeted spot treatments. Precision Application Where It Counts Unlike water-soluble bags or broadcast granules, tablets sink and release bacteria slowly over several days at the exact location you place them. Drop tablets near inflow areas, under waterfalls where waste concentrates, or against the dam face where muck piles up. This targeted approach speeds visible muck reduction and stretches your treatment supply further than whole-pond broadcasts. Coverage Ponds up to 1/4 acre (approx. 80,000 gal / 300,000 L) Application Rate 2 lbs per acre every two weeks for maintenance Format Compressed tablets Weight 4 lb (1.8 kg) Muck Reduction Up to 6 inches annually with regular use Safe For Fish, aquatic plants, wildlife How to Use Drop tablets directly onto high-muck areas on the pond floor or toss them near problem zones from the bank.
