Introducing the brand new Rival J-Series Rack Mounted Leg Curl & Extension Attachment, the most space efficient solution for performing leg curls and extensions. The leg curl & extension bolts onto the frame of your rack using two quick remove hitch pins, it can be moved up and down the upright of your rack to achieve the perfect height for each exercise. The adjustable seat has 4x positions - a slight decline, flat, angled and vertical (see images for each angle) - and is adjustable with the easy to use pop-pin system. You can also adjust the height of the leg roller pad by removing and adjusting up and down the main upright, so you can find the perfect position for the exercise you're doing. There are 9x different heights to choose from which allow you to find the optimum position, no matter the user's height. You can also adjust the position of the weight sleeve, to help change the weight curve and feel of each exercise (the further the weight sleeve is along the leg curl arm the heavier the weights will feel). Leg extensions are performed seated on the attachment. Leg curls can be performed by making the seat vertical, and using the seat as a rest to lean on and perform a standing leg curl. This attachment is compatible with all racks and stands in our J-Series range, or racks with a 60mm x 60mm frame and 1-inch/26mm front facing holes spaced up to and including 75mm apart.
