Here he shows woodcarvers how to depict the lighter side of golf. Each exercise starts with a full discussion of how to conceptualize and make a basic pencil drawing and then moves on to making a clay model of that original design, ending with suggestions on specialized carving methods. Expert recommendations are included on which tools to use and how to use them, making you the ultimate expert yourself. So use your woodworking skills to honor and celebrate the game of golf, otherwise known as "a good walk spoiled."
