Camille de Labrie Chardonnay 2025, Organic and Vegan White Wine New vintage, same quality! The grapes are manually harvested at night to maintain a cool temperature, then settled and fermented at 16°C. After a few months of ageing in vats on fine lees, only 10% of the production is aged in French oak barrels. On the nose, the wine exhibits fragrant aromas of quince, honey and spices, with hints of citrus fruits. The palate is both fleshy and refreshing, with notes of white fruits, mango and ginger. As the Chardonnay grape is not native to Bordeaux, this wine is labelled Vin de France, though it would rival a Mâcon Chardonnay at this price. Fantastic value, honest Bordeaux. Small artisan French producer. JAMES SUCKLING - 92/100• PAOLO BASSO Meilleur Sommelier du Monde : 90/100 TOP VALUE
