Bull Dual Fuel Countertop Pizza Oven The Bull Dual Fuel Countertop Pizza Oven (Model 69550 - LP / 69564 - NG) is a premium, high-performance hybrid outdoor oven designed to bring gourmet, pizzeria-tier cooking right to your backyard island setup. Explicitly engineered for culinary versatility, this countertop unit bridges the gap between old-world tradition and modern speed by allowing chefs to switch between authentic wood-fired cooking and convenient gas-powered baking. Constructed from heavy-duty commercial-grade 304 stainless steel, its low-profile countertop design integrates seamlessly into custom outdoor kitchens while being lightweight enough to store away if needed. Dual-Fuel Engineering & Hybrid Control Independent Multi-Fuel Capability: Offers complete flexibility without performance compromise. Load real wood logs/chunks into the firebox to impart an authentic, deep smoky flavor profile, or fire up the high-efficiency gas system for immediate, clean thermal power. (Important Note: The oven is designed to use either gas or wood independently, never simultaneously. Dual-burning will void the manufacturer's warranty). 15,000 BTU Linear Gas Burner: Propelling the gas-fueled track is a precision gas burner delivering 15,000 BTUs of concentrated heat. Dual-Spark Valve Ignition: Outfitted with an easy-lighting mechanical valve track that snaps two distinct sparks with every single turn of the front dial knob, guaranteeing fast, hassle-free ignition without requiring an outlet hookup. Ultra-Fast Thermal Ramp: Reaches screaming-hot temperatures up to 900°F in just 15 minutes when using the gas line, allowing you to bake artisanal neapolitan pizzas with a perfect, blistered crust in under 2 minutes. High-Tech Telemetry & Cooking Dynamics Removable Bluetooth Digital Thermometer: Features a modern, flush electronic digital thermometer control screen nested on the front fascia. Operating on battery power, it connects via Bluetooth to your smartphone so you can monitor ambient temperatures away from the heat. Dual Meat Probes Included: The digital panel interfaces with two included stainless steel meat probes, allowing you to monitor the internal temperature of roasted meats, poultry, or bread loaves simultaneously. Premium Cordierite Baking Stones: The internal cooking surface consists of two removable thick cordierite stones. Known for extreme heat retention and stability under thermal shock, cordierite actively absorbs moisture from dough to yield a crispy, uniform crust. Integrated Ash Clean-Out Basket: Cleaning up after a authentic wood-fired roast is handled by a side-mounted ash basket. Debris sweeps cleanly away into the basket for quick, mess-free removal without tracking ash onto your patio stone pavers.
