Club: Borrussia Dortmund Year: 2021/22 Brand: Puma Jersey Type: Cup Jersey Size: S (Brand New With Tag) Player Name: Erling Haaland 9 Chest length (cm): 46Shirt length (cm): 69 Condition: 10/10History: After an impressive debut season at Dortmund scoring 41 goals in all competition and picking up the DFB-Pokal trophy, Erling Braut Haaland followed up with "poor" 29 goals in all competition by his standards set, despite helping BVB improved to second place in the 2021/22 Bundesliga season. After a high profile exit of Jadon Sancho to Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund splash the profit on two position as Gregor Kobel was signed for €15m from VfB Stuttgart to replace Roman Bürki in goal and the latest attacking prospect from Eindhoven in Donyell Malen for €30m as Sancho's replacement. However, a failure to adequately shore up the depth at the back saw Marco Rose's men fail to beat Bayern Munich on both opportunities in the league. Their misery was also compounded by their failure to make it out of the UEFA Champions League group stage phase and unable to defend the Pokal title. The 2021/22 season cup kit was a contencious one with the Black and Yellow faithful, with the kit release delayed until the first Champions League game revealing a fluorescent yellow and black, ala 1990s Nike's effort. The kit design came under fire as the Cup kit did not feature the BVB logo, only the wording 'BVB 09' printed across the chest as kitmaker, Puma tried out a new look across their third kits. With only the embossed logo running across the shirt, the design may just be an acquired taste to the neutrals with a refreshing look on football shirts. Note: These jerseys are authentic. However, due to their age—whether never worn with tags or previously used—they may exhibit minor imperfections such as pulls, bobbles, or small stains.
