Olympic Weight Bar 7 ft. Chrome The 7-foot Chrome Olympic Weight Bar is the most versatile barbell in any home or commercial gym — the essential foundation for bench press, squat, deadlift, overhead press, barbell rows, and every major compound lift. At 44 lb with a 30mm grip diameter and triple-plated chrome finish, it is precision engineered for durability and consistent grip across years of heavy use. Rotating bushings on the sleeves eliminate wrist torque during curls and Olympic-style lifts. Center knurling aids bar retention for back squats and front rack positions, while the double-knurl marks on the shaft follow standard IWF/IPF grip width guidelines. With 51.5 inches of space between collars, it is compatible with all standard Olympic benches, squat racks, and power cages. Weight plates and collars not included.
