Oase BioMaster 2 600 Canister Filter The BioMaster 2 600 is a premium external canister filter designed for pond hobbyists and aquarists who prioritize water clarity and effortless maintenance. This "Next Gen" model features significant upgrades over the original series, including a 25% increase in flow rate and redesigned intake/outlet geometry for ultra-quiet operation. The standout feature is the EasyClean Pre-Filter Module. This allows you to remove and rinse the mechanical sponges without ever opening the main canister, preventing the biological media from getting clogged and ensuring your beneficial bacteria stay healthy and active. Key Features and Benefits EasyClean Pre-Filter: Pull the pre-filter module separately for quick rinsing. This keeps the main filter cleaner for longer and simplifies your weekly maintenance routine. 4-Stage Filtration: Combines mechanical, biological, and chemical filtration. It comes pre-loaded with Hel-X Biomedia, providing a massive surface area for beneficial bacteria to thrive. Integrated Safety: Features an automated shut-off and safety lock to prevent water leaks during maintenance or when removing the pre-filter. Smooth Operations: Updated with a curved motor head and rubber feet to dampen vibration and help purge trapped air, making it one of the quietest units on the market. Customizable Setup: Includes a heater adapter, allowing you to integrate an Oase HeatUp heater (sold separately) directly into the canister to keep equipment out of sight.
