Bentley Intense for Men Eau de Parfum 100ml is a bold oriental-spicy fragrance for men, composed in 2013 by master perfumer Nathalie Lorson (Robertet) — the nose behind Lalique Encre Noire. Built around a rich rum-and-leather accord, it opens with sharp black pepper, bay leaf and bergamot, blooms into a heart of cinnamon, rum-wood, clary sage and African geranium, and settles into a deep base of leather, incense, benzoin, cedar and patchouli. Concentration is 15% perfume oil, giving exceptional projection and longevity for a designer fragrance. The Intense version takes the same DNA as the original but amplifies it with incense, African geranium and a labdanum-rich heart, designed to evoke the leather-and-wood interior of a luxury British saloon. The bottle echoes the curves of a Bentley grille. Who is this fragrance for? Bentley Intense suits men who like rich, mature, character-driven fragrances — leather and incense lovers, fans of compositions like Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, Lalique Encre Noire, or Amouage Jubilation XXV. It's emphatically a cool-weather fragrance: best in autumn and winter, ideal for evenings, formal occasions, and anywhere a softer scent would feel underdressed. Generally not suited to summer, office, or active wear. Specifications Size: 100ml Concentration: Eau de Parfum (15% oil concentration) Gender: Men Brand: Bentley Year: 2013 Perfumer: Nathalie Lorson (Robertet) Frequently asked questions How long does Bentley Intense last? Longevity is excellent — typically 9–12 hours on skin with moderate projection. The 15% oil concentration is notably high for a designer fragrance and explains the strong performance. What does Bentley Intense smell like? A boozy, peppery leather with smoky incense and a creamy benzoin-vanillin underbelly. Often described as "rum, leather and cigar smoke" — masculine, mature, and statement-making rather than fresh or sporty. Is Bentley Intense good for warm weather? No, this is not a summer fragrance. The dense leather-incense-benzoin composition can feel oppressive in heat. Reserve it for autumn, winter, and cool evenings.
