BendPak Mobi-EVS Multi-Point Support Kit Most lifting-table accessories are shaped around one component. This one is shaped around the awkward ones. The multi-point support kit is a rugged adapter that carries a load on several contact points at once rather than balancing it on a single saddle, and that is the whole argument for owning it: the parts that come out from under a vehicle are rarely flat, rarely symmetrical, and almost never balanced about their own centre. It fits the Mobi-EVS, BendPak's EV battery pack and powertrain lifting system. Think of it less as a spare part and more as the accessory that widens what the table is useful for — from dropping battery packs to handling the large, heavy and unhelpfully shaped assemblies that share the same underside: axles, fuel tanks, transmissions and bumpers among them. Why several support points beat one A single saddle is fine under something broad and evenly loaded. Put a long axle assembly on it and the geometry works against you immediately. The mass sits away from the contact point, the assembly wants to rotate about it, and the technician ends up steadying by hand a load that should never need a hand on it. Spreading the same load across several points shortens the lever the component has to work with, so the part sits where it is put rather than where gravity would prefer. The same reasoning applies to anything with a thin, formed or non-structural face. A fuel tank is a large shell that will happily deform against a small hard contact area, and a bumper assembly is mostly air and mounting brackets. Multiple points let you choose where the load is actually taken — on structure rather than on skin. There is a practical benefit as well as a mechanical one. A component that is stable on the table is a component you can walk away from for a moment, and stability is what turns a two-person removal into a one-person removal. Will it work in your bay? The only fitment question that matters is the one the manufacturer answers directly: this adapter is made for the Mobi-EVS. If you are running one, it is the right part. If you are running a different lifting table, a scissor table or a transmission jack from another maker, do not assume — the mounting interface is what makes an adapter safe, and an adapter that nearly fits is worse than none at all. Two checks are worth making before you order. First, confirm which Mobi-EVS configuration you have, since accessory decks and adapters are ordered against the machine rather than against the vehicle. Second, think about the component you actually need to support and where its load-bearing structure is, because the adapter gives you options for where to take the weight and it is worth knowing your answer before the vehicle is in the air. If either is unclear, send us your machine details and tell us what you are trying to remove. We will confirm the fit in writing before you order, which is a great deal quicker than sorting it out on the shop floor. The customer remains responsible for confirming that the component, the adapter and the lifting table are matched to the job before any load is raised. Rugged build, because of what accessories do for a living BendPak describes this adapter as ruggedly built, and the reason that matters is not glamorous. Shop adapters get dropped, stacked, kicked across a bay and left under a bench for a year. They get used in a hurry, with a customer's vehicle overhead. An adapter that flexes, wears at its interface or rattles loose is not a nuisance — it is the component holding a transmission over somebody's arms. A heavy adapter is cheap insurance against a failure whose cost is not measured in adapters. Perfect For EV service departments already running a Mobi-EVS for pack removal, who keep meeting non-pack jobs on the same vehicles. General repair shops where the same table has to handle a fuel tank in the morning and a transmission in the afternoon. Fleet and municipal workshops doing repeat driveline work, where handling the same awkward assembly safely every time is worth more than improvising. Dealership technicians working to a manufacturer's procedure that assumes a supported, stable component rather than a balanced one. What's in the box The multi-point support kit as supplied by BendPak. The manufacturer's listing does not itemise the contents beyond that, and we will not invent a packing list for you — if your job depends on a specific bracket, chain or fastener being included, ask us and we will confirm it against BendPak's documentation before you order. At a glance Type Multi-point support adapter Fits BendPak Mobi-EVS EV battery pack and powertrain lifting system Intended loads Large, heavy and awkward vehicle components — axles, fuel tanks, transmissions, bumpers Construction Rugged fabricated adapter Capacity and dimensions Not published in the data we hold — ask and we will confirm Collection Delivery, or pickup from Santa Paula, California and Theodore, Alabama Note what that table does not say. No rated capacity, no adapter dimensions and no component weight limit appear in the manufacturer's information we hold for this item, so none appear here. A load rating is exactly the kind of number that must come from the manufacturer rather than from a dealer's best guess, and we will get it in writing for you before you buy if the answer changes your decision. Certification and compliance, honestly No third-party safety listing is published for this adapter in the information we hold, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one. That is worth saying plainly rather than leaving to inference, because lifting accessories are precisely where the question gets asked. Where a lifting table itself carries a listing, that listing describes the machine in the configuration its maker had assessed — which is a straightforward argument for using the manufacturer's own adapters rather than shop-made alternatives. If your insurer, your fleet policy or your local code has a view on the equipment used to support components during service, check the requirement before you buy and we will help you get the manufacturer's statement. Delivery and pickup We ship to the lower 48 states, with the cost worked out for your address during checkout rather than estimated here. Pickup can be arranged for BendPak, Dannmar and Ranger equipment from Santa Paula, California and Theodore, Alabama, which is often the quickest route if you are local — call us to set it up. Whichever way it arrives, look the item over before you sign: note anything you find on the delivery paperwork at the time, because that note is the foundation of any claim that follows. Damage discovered after a clear signature is a much harder conversation. Warranty BendPak's warranty document for this product is on the page, in the Downloads section, and the terms in it govern. We are happy to send you the current version before you order if it matters to your decision. If something does go wrong, contact us with photographs before the part is cut, drilled, welded or otherwise modified. Altering a load-bearing adapter ends its warranty, and it changes a load path that somebody else worked out.
