Azzaro Wanted Eau de Toilette 50ml is a confident, woody-spicy fragrance for men, launched in 2016 and signed by perfumers Fabrice Pellegrin and Olivier Cresp. A bright opening of lemon, ginger, lavender and mint leads into a slightly herbaceous heart of apple, Guatemalan cardamom, juniper and geranium, before settling into a smooth base of tonka bean, amberwood and Haitian vetiver — presented in a revolver-shaped flacon that gives the line its name. About Azzaro Azzaro was founded in Paris in 1967 by Tunisian-Italian designer Loris Azzaro, and the house is best known in fragrance for the iconic Azzaro Pour Homme (1978). The Wanted line is the brand's contemporary masculine pillar, conceived around themes of charisma and confidence, with a flacon shaped like a revolver chamber that has become the line's instantly recognisable signature. Fragrance notes Top: Lemon, Ginger, Lavender, Mint Heart: Apple, Guatemalan Cardamom, Juniper, Geranium Base: Tonka Bean, Amberwood, Haitian Vetiver Olfactory family: Woody Spicy | Launched: 2016 | Perfumers: Fabrice Pellegrin, Olivier Cresp Who it's for Azzaro Wanted suits men looking for a confident, slightly distinctive daily signature with a fresh, herbaceous opening and a smooth, slightly indulgent drydown. The composition is at its best in spring and autumn, comfortable for office, daytime and casual evening contexts, and pairs naturally with smart-casual or tailored dressing. Anyone drawn to fragrances such as Bleu de Chanel Eau de Toilette or Hugo Boss Boss Bottled will recognise the territory. How to wear it Spray onto pulse points — the inner wrists, sides of the neck and chest — from around 15 cm away. Apply to clean, moisturised skin straight after a shower for the longest wear. Two to three sprays balance well; the tonka-and-amberwood drydown develops over the first hour and gives the eau de toilette comfortable wear into the evening.
