Aamalakaasavam – Classical Ayurvedic Fermented Amla Tonic | 450 ml Aamalakaasavam is a classical Ayurvedic fermented preparation (asava) referenced in Ashtanga Hrudayam, prepared from the fresh juice of Indian Gooseberry (Emblica officinalis / Amalaki). Unlike many Ayurvedic preparations, the Amalaki juice is used without any heating process, preserving its natural Vitamin C content and making this one of the few Ayurvedic formulations that retains the full antioxidant potency of fresh Amla. The fermentation process, combined with turmeric powder and honey, creates a bioavailable tonic that is traditionally described as astringent, tonic, and antioxidant in action. It is classically indicated for diabetes, excessive thirst, and general weakness, and is widely used as a daily wellness tonic to support immunity, digestion, and metabolic balance.
