Mountain Style, 24"×24"×5" Decorative Basin Cover The Atlantic Water Gardens Mountain rock lid captures the rugged, irregular surface texture of alpine and highland rock faces — mossy greys, deep earth browns, and the mottled green-grey of lichen-covered stone. At 24 × 24 × 5 inches (61 × 61 × 12.7 cm), this lid conceals underground fountain basins and Eco-Blox reservoirs while blending seamlessly into naturalistic woodland garden settings, alpine-inspired rockeries, and shade garden designs where a rougher, more organic rock texture is desired. Finish Character Where the Great Lakes finish is smooth and coastal, the Mountain finish has more pronounced surface relief — deeper shadow lines, more varied texture, and a broader range of tones from dark grey-green to warm brown — mimicking the character of stone found in boreal and alpine environments. This makes it the most naturalistic of the three rock lid styles for deeply planted garden settings. Construction & Use Reinforced fiberglass with UV-stabilised pigmentation. The 5-inch depth provides adequate height for natural appearance at grade level. Position over the basin opening with at least a 2-inch overhang on all sides. Not rated for vehicle loads — for heavy-duty load applications, install Eco-Blox matrix panels under the basin.
