Replacement Front Cover Kit for Ultra 550 and 800 G3 Pumps The Aquascape Ultra 550/800 Water Pump G3 Front Cover Kit fits both the Ultra 550 and Ultra 800 G3 series submersible pumps. Replace the front cover when it cracks, breaks, or the intake screen is damaged beyond cleaning to restore intake protection and normal pump flow. Spec Value Compatible With Aquascape Ultra 550 and Ultra 800 Water Pump G3 Kit Contents Front cover assembly with intake screen How to Use Remove the pump from the pond and unplug. Release the retaining tabs on the existing front cover and pull it free. Snap the replacement cover on until both tabs engage securely. Reinstall and confirm normal flow. Inspect every 4 to 6 weeks for debris accumulation. One kit fits both the Ultra 550 and Ultra 800 G3, which simplifies stocking a spare part on installations running both pump sizes. A cracked or damaged cover allows debris to bypass the intake screen and reach the impeller directly, accelerating wear that leads to impeller replacement sooner than normal service would require. Ideal for Ultra 550 or Ultra 800 G3 pump owners who need a replacement front cover to restore designed intake protection and pump performance.
