Protect the Water Chamber on Your AquaForce 5200 Pump The Aquascape AquaForce 5200 (G2) Water Chamber Cover is a factory replacement lid for the water chamber section of second-generation AquaForce 5200 submersible pumps. A cracked, warped, or missing chamber cover allows debris to enter the impeller housing and can compromise the seal between the motor and water chambers, leading to reduced flow or motor damage. Keep the Impeller Chamber Sealed Against Debris The AquaForce 5200 is a high-output pump operating in environments where leaves, grit, and coarse organic material are always present near the intake. The water chamber cover is the last barrier between that debris and the impeller. When it becomes damaged after heavy seasonal use or accidental impact during maintenance, replacing it promptly prevents a small repair from becoming a pump failure. Release the retaining clips or screws securing the existing water chamber cover. If the O-ring beneath the cover is worn or compressed, replace it before fitting the new cover. Press the replacement cover firmly into position and secure the retaining clips. Test the reassembled pump in a bucket of water to confirm no leakage before resubmerging in the pond. Ideal for service professionals and pond owners maintaining AquaForce 5200 G2 pumps in large water garden skimmers, high-volume waterfall systems, and stream channels.
