Rebuild Your AquaForce 1800 Pump Without Full Replacement The Aquascape AquaForce 1800 (G2) Impeller Kit is a factory-specification replacement impeller assembly for second-generation AquaForce 1800 submersible pumps. When the pump produces noticeably reduced flow, unusual vibration, or grinding noise, replacing the impeller with this OEM kit restores the pump to its original 1,800 GPH (6,814 LPH) rated output without purchasing an entirely new unit. OEM Repair for a Professional-Grade Pump The AquaForce series are professional-grade submersible pumps designed for continuous operation in demanding pond and waterfall environments. Their impellers are engineered to tight tolerances and the G2 second-generation design improved on the seal and impeller chamber geometry over the original model. Using a G2-specific impeller ensures dimensional compatibility and correct hydraulic performance in second-generation housings. Specification Value Compatible Pump Aquascape AquaForce 1800 (G2) Flow Rating 6,814 LPH (1,800 GPH) Kit Contents G2 impeller, shaft pin, O-ring Fit Type OEM direct replacement How to Use Unplug the pump and remove it from the water. Unscrew or release the pump casing clips to open the impeller chamber. Remove the worn impeller and shaft, noting the orientation and the fit of the shaft pin in the motor's magnetic hub. Install the replacement impeller, ensuring the shaft pin engages the magnetic hub fully. Replace the O-ring from the kit before reassembling the casing. Test the pump in a bucket of water before resubmerging to confirm normal output and no vibration. Ideal for maintaining AquaForce 1800 G2 pumps in water garden skimmers, medium-volume waterfall and stream systems, and biological filter feed lines.
