Compact Water Storage for Smaller Projects The Aquascape AquaBlox Small delivers the same proven modular storage technology as the large version in a more compact 17-gallon unit. Measuring 26.5" L x 16" W x 9.5" H, it's engineered for smaller pondless waterfalls, residential rainwater harvesting, and space-constrained installations where every inch counts. Triple the Storage Capacity of Gravel Like all AquaBlox modules, the small unit holds 7.4 gallons of water per cubic foot—over three times more than gravel's 2.2 gallons per cubic foot. This superior storage density means smaller excavations, reduced labor costs, and less material handling during installation. Lightweight Modular Engineering The AquaBlox modular system (also marketed as D-Raintank by Atlantis) uses lightweight construction that makes installation quicker, safer, and cheaper than traditional concrete or gravel systems. Each unit ships flat-packed and assembles on-site in minutes with included structural supports. Multiple Applications Beyond Pondless Waterfalls These versatile modules work for pondless waterfalls, RainXchange rainwater harvest systems, constructed wetland systems, and pump wet wells. The underground storage and infiltration design produces clean water that can be reused or safely returned to natural water systems. Built for Real-World Loads Strong enough to support patio stones, decorative rocks, and heavy gravel installations. The load-bearing design handles foot traffic and landscape elements while maintaining structural integrity underground.
