Service Your AquaBasin 30x Pump Without Disrupting the System The Aquascape AquaBasin 30x Pump Access Panel is a top-entry service lid designed specifically for the AquaBasin 30x underground pondless waterfall reservoir. It creates a removable opening in the reservoir lid that allows the pump, plumbing connections, and basin interior to be accessed for maintenance, seasonal adjustment, or pump replacement without dismantling the surrounding landscape. Fast Pump Access That Protects Your Landscape Investment Pondless waterfall systems are built with extensive rockwork and plantings above the underground reservoir, making access a significant challenge if the lid is not purpose-designed. The AquaBasin 30x Pump Access Panel solves this by providing a dedicated removable section sized to accept a hand and pump housing. Seasonal tasks such as pump removal for winter storage, cleaning the pump screen, and connecting automatic water top-up devices are completed in minutes rather than hours. Specification Value Compatible With Aquascape AquaBasin 30x Function Top access panel for pump and plumbing Installation Direct-fit into AquaBasin 30x lid Material UV-stable thermoplastic How to Use The access panel is installed during AquaBasin 30x assembly by fitting it into the designated cutout in the reservoir lid. Once installed and the surrounding landscape is established, simply lift or unlatch the access panel to reach the pump housing, power cord, and plumbing connections inside. For winter shut-down in freezing climates, use the panel to remove the pump from the reservoir, clean it, and store it indoors. Reinstall the pump in spring before turning the waterfall back on. Ideal for pondless waterfall installations using the AquaBasin 30x underground reservoir where ongoing pump access is required beneath an established rock or planting bed.
