Restore Your Pump's Full Circulation Capacity The Aquascape 90 GPH Impeller Kit is a factory replacement impeller assembly for Aquascape submersible pumps rated at 90 GPH (341 LPH). When a small pump starts underperforming or making a grinding noise, the impeller is almost always the culprit; this kit resolves that without requiring a complete pump replacement. Fast Repair That Extends Pump Service Life Small decorative pumps take on significant workloads relative to their size, particularly in heavily planted ponds or features with fine gravel near the inlet. Fine particles gradually abrade the impeller vanes, slowly reducing output over the course of a season. Catching the degradation early and replacing the impeller restores original performance and avoids the more costly consequence of the impeller shaft scoring the motor housing. Open the pump casing by releasing the housing clips. Slide the old impeller off the magnetic shaft pin, noting the orientation. Drop the replacement impeller onto the shaft, ensuring it seats fully and rotates freely by hand. Check the O-ring and replace from the kit. Reassemble the housing and test the pump in a bucket of water before resubmerging. If flow remains low after impeller replacement, inspect the inlet screen and discharge fitting for partial blockages. Ideal for maintaining AquaJet fountain pumps, small decorative feature pumps, and entry-level waterfall pumps using 90 GPH Aquascape motor assemblies.
