Bring Your 90 GPH Aquascape Pump Back to Full Performance The Aquascape 90 GPH Filter Screen & Fitting Kit provides everything needed to restore the intake assembly on Aquascape pumps rated at 90 GPH (341 LPH). Used in small-to-medium decorative features and AquaJet pumps, the 90 GPH model is a popular pump size whose intake screens see heavy fouling in pond environments with high organic load. Reliable Debris Exclusion for Small Feature Pumps A clean, intact intake screen is what keeps solids from reaching the impeller and causing damage or reduced output. Even small tears or biofilm buildups on the screen create flow restrictions that are immediately noticeable in 90 GPH applications where the total flow margin is slim. This replacement kit returns the pump to its factory debris exclusion rating with no tools required beyond hand tightening. Specification Value Flow Rating 341 LPH (90 GPH) Compatible With Aquascape 90 GPH submersible pumps Kit Contents Filter screen, inlet fittings, O-ring Material UV-stable thermoplastic How to Use Remove the pump from the water and unplug it from power. Release the screen retaining collar and remove the old screen assembly. Inspect the O-ring seat for debris and clean if needed. Press the new screen assembly onto the inlet port, seat the O-ring evenly, and thread on the fitting collar finger-tight. Return the pump to the feature and confirm steady flow at the outlet. Rinse the screen under clean water monthly during the operating season to maintain maximum flow. Ideal for small decorative pond features, AquaJet 600 and 900 GPH pumps, tabletop water displays, and compact waterfall systems using 90 GPH Aquascape submersible pumps.
