Rebuild Your 320 GPH Pump to Factory Performance The Aquascape 320 GPH Impeller Kit is a factory-replacement impeller assembly for Aquascape submersible pumps rated at 320 GPH (1,211 LPH). When a pump begins to lose flow or produces abnormal noise, a worn impeller is usually the cause; this kit replaces that core component and restores full pumping capacity without purchasing a new unit. Cost-Effective Pump Restoration Impellers are the highest-wear component in any centrifugal pond pump, gradually degrading after seasons of continuous use or after ingesting fine grit. Replacing the impeller rather than the whole pump saves significant cost and reduces waste. The OEM-specification tolerances ensure the rebuilt pump performs identically to a new one. Specification Value Flow Rating 1,211 LPH (320 GPH) Compatible With Aquascape 320 GPH submersible pumps Kit Contents Impeller, impeller shaft, O-ring Material Engineering-grade thermoplastic How to Use Unplug the pump and remove it from the pond. Open the pump housing by removing the retaining screws or snapping off the cover. Slide out the worn impeller shaft assembly and discard. Drop the new impeller onto the magnetic shaft pin, ensuring it seats fully. Replace the housing cover, reconnect the pump, and test in a bucket of water before resubmerging. Inspect the O-ring and replace if it shows cracking or distortion. Ideal for restoring Aquascape 320 GPH pumps in ornamental ponds, small waterfalls, and decorative water features after one or more seasons of use.
