Savio 55W High Output UV Replacement Bulb for Ponds up to 4,000 gal Large ponds and heavily stocked koi systems put more pressure on UV clarification than smaller setups. When a 55W high-output bulb drops below effective output, green water comes back fast and ammonia spikes follow. This genuine Savio 55W high-output replacement bulb keeps your SuperNova clarifier running at full spec so your filtration system stays ahead of the algae load. Built for High-Demand Ponds The 55W format is Savio's most powerful UV replacement option, designed for large water volumes and high fish density. UV light disrupts algae cell reproduction at the DNA level, forcing suspended cells to clump so your filter can remove them. At 55W, that process happens fast enough to keep up with the biological load typical of a well-stocked koi pond through peak summer.
