Develop real-world carrying strength, practise casualty-handling techniques and create demanding conditioning workouts with the Forte Adjustable-Weight Training and Evacuation Dummy. Designed for Fire and Rescue Service training, emergency responders, tactical teams, functional fitness athletes and strength facilities, this full-length rescue training dummy provides a safe, repeatable way to perform lifting, carrying and casualty-drag drills without using a live participant. Measuring 175cm in length, the dummy can be adjusted from approximately 30kg to 90kg, allowing the resistance and weight distribution to be tailored to different users, drills and training environments. Adjustable and Realistically Distributed Weight Individual woven filling compartments allow weight to be distributed throughout the dummy’s limbs, creating more natural and unpredictable handling characteristics than a conventional fixed-weight sandbag. The compartments can be filled using: Sand Foam Fabric Suitable metal weights A combination of filling materials A mixture of sand and foam is recommended to create a practical balance of weight, body shape and movement. The adjustable design allows the dummy to be configured for lighter introductory drills or more demanding strength, conditioning and evacuation training. Built for Repeated Lifting, Carrying and Dragging Manufactured from durable 900D Oxford fabric, the evacuation dummy is designed to withstand repeated use during loaded carries, floor drags, team exercises and casualty-extraction simulations. Heavy-duty Wellington boots with integral securing straps are included to help protect the lower-leg fabric against abrasion during dragging exercises on gym flooring and suitable indoor or outdoor training surfaces. An integrated premium woven rear drag strap provides a secure attachment point for casualty-drag and evacuation exercises. This makes the dummy suitable for simulated rescue scenarios as well as intense loaded-carry and conditioning workouts.
