This high-quality artificial turf is engineered to mimic the look and feel of natural grass, providing a durable, all-weather surface that remains green and vibrant all year round. Key Features: Fibres Composition: The Solis artificial grass is crafted with a robust blend of 70% Polyethylene and 30% Polypropylene, with UV stabilization. This mix ensures the grass not only feels soft and natural but is also built to withstand sunlight exposure, retaining its color and integrity over time. Production Method: Utilizing the tufting technique, this artificial grass ensures a high-density, tightly woven surface that maintains its structure and appearance under heavy foot traffic. Gauge & Stitch Rate: With a gauge of 3/8" and approximately 190 stitches per linear meter, this turf boasts around 19,950 tufts per square meter. This high stitch count contributes to the turf's lush, dense appearance, making it nearly indistinguishable from natural grass. Pile Specifications: The Solis artificial grass features a pile height of approximately 35mm, with a pile weight of around 2000 g/m², and an overall weight of approximately 3135 g/m². The substantial pile height and weight ensure a soft, cushioned feel underfoot, replicating the sensation of walking on real grass. Tuft Cloth: The base of the turf uses a Polypropylene tuft cloth, UV-stabilized and weighing approximately 135 g/m². This foundation provides additional durability and UV protection, ensuring the turf remains intact and vibrant under sunlight. Colour Fastness & UV Stability: Rated at Scale 7 on the DIN 54004 Colour Fastness Scale, the 35mm Solis Artificial Grass boasts exceptional resistance to fading. With UV stability of over 3,000 hours UV-A, this turf guarantees long-lasting color retention, even in the most sun-exposed environments. Applications: Ideal for a variety of settings, including residential gardens, terraces, commercial properties, and exhibitions. Its versatility and durability make it a practical choice for any space requiring a green, aesthetically pleasing surface. Backing: The backing weighs approximately 1000 g/m², providing a sturdy, supportive base that ensures the turf remains securely in place, adding to its longevity and durability.
